Returns & Exchanges
All Jenn Brown Collection pieces are guaranteed for quality and beauty. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us so that we can take care of you.
Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 20 days (postmarked) of purchase or for a full refund on your credit card minus a $9.95 transaction/shipping fee to cover the original shipping and credit card processing fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges will be subject to outbound shipping charges.
Returns must be communicated prior to being sent back by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put ‘Return’ in the Subject line and include your original Order # and Name in your email. We will then email you a return confirmation # and return address to ship the item to. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost/insurance when sending jewelry back to us.
We will repair any item purchased within 90 days of purchase.
To have an item repaired, please email email@example.com. Please put ‘Repair’ in the Subject line and include your original Order # and Name in your email. We will then email you a return confirmation # and return address to ship the item to.
Once received, please allow 7-10 days for the return to be processed. A repair is not different then an exchange. The item will be repaired and sent back to the customer. Shipping costs may apply. There will be no refunds for repaired items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
